A single home visit (2 hours) tailored to what you and your family are needing; support with breastfeeding or bottle feeding, newborn and postnatal checks, guidance on newborn behaviours and settling techniques, minding baby while you rest, light housework. We will meet you where you are and ensure we leave you feeling reassured and refreshed!

*evidence-based care, reassurance of normal newborn behaviours, postpartum recovery and transition to parenthood.

Nurtured is our all inclusive package of postpartum support, receive individualised care from our Endorsed Midwife for your first six weeks postpartum with;
*five home visits (90mins)
*a postpartum planning session during your pregnancy
*scheduled phone call check-ins for the first six weeks
*unlimited text message support for the first six weeks
*breastfeeding or bottle feeding support
*emotional support and guidance for the whole family
*evidence-based care, reassurance of normal newborn behaviours, postpartum recovery and transition to parenthood.

Birth Debriefing
Our Endorsed Midwife, Paula, is currently undergoing a 10-month mentorship in birth debriefing practices. We can’t wait to offer you this service!
Birth is one of the most fundamentally transformative experiences of our lives, and each individual experiences their birth in different ways. We value giving people the space to explore their feelings around their birth (positive, negative, or otherwise) and how those feelings may effect the transition to motherhood.
